Who we are
Aussie-ASEAN Education & Immigration Services ("we", "us") operates aussieasean.com and desks in Australia, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and Indonesia. Our head office is at Level 8, Suite 813, 365 Little Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. This policy covers this website. Our Australian site has its own privacy policy, which also applies to the Australian visa services we provide.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address (if you give it), the country you are in, the destination you are interested in and your message. If you go on to use our services, we may collect further information needed for your application, such as identity, education, work and family details.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you the advice or service you asked for.
- To route your enquiry to the desk that handles your country or destination.
- To keep records required by law and by the Code of Conduct for registered migration agents.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Sharing between our desks and overseas
Our desks are in different countries. When you send an enquiry, it may be sent to and stored by the desk that handles it, which may be outside the country you are in. For example, an enquiry from Saudi Arabia about Australia may be handled by our Madinah team and our Melbourne head office. We take reasonable steps to make sure every desk protects your information to the standard in this policy, including under the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 8, cross-border disclosure) and, for people in Saudi Arabia, the Personal Data Protection Law.
With your agreement, we may also share information with education providers and government agencies as part of an application you ask us to make.
How we protect it
We keep enquiry records on secure systems with access limited to staff who need them. We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

This website may use analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use it. These do not identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or the data protection authority in your country.
